JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Test Engineer
This position will provide engineering support to perform system information assurance (IA), lab, Tier III and test event support for a DoD Mobility Classified Capability (DMCC). The position will be required to maintain security requirements within a lab setting, execute and document testing with lab and production environments, and validating interoperability prior to minor and wide‐scale deployments. The Personnel shall also apply knowledge of the mobile ecosystem and the National Security Agency’s (NSA) Commercial Solutions for Classified (CSfC) as required. The position will be required to document their activities in a Monthly Status Report. This position requires an Active Secret Security clearance in DISS and a Security+ Certification.
Primary Responsibilities:

Primary Responsibilities:
- Provide monthly status reports to include:
- Accomplishments for the quarter
- Plans for the quarter
- Identify risks and recommendations for mediating the risks
- Expenditures
- Cumulative funding summary
- Provide support for multiple operational classified capabilities where the Mobility Program Office has established production lab environments.
- Support operations and maintenance of the lab to include general system patching and administrative functions to maintain a viable test‐bed environment for integration and validation.
- Track and manage all hardware and software procurements by maintaining a 100 percent accountability of all assets procured as a part of this contract.
- Receive and conduct 100 percent property accountability for all asset(s). The Test Engineer shall produce an asset report of all hardware and software procured in support of the Program Office. This report shall account for the management of all GFE/GFI and CFI hardware, software, residing at the Government and/or Contractor facility. The Asset Report is to include total by type (server, workstation, laptop, mobile devices.)
- Work with respective parties to ship and receive equipment at the Government’s request as well as work with the Program Office Logistics Team
- License Management- You shall be responsible for managing and tracking all system and device licenses for DMCC on all network and compute infrastructure and production applications as executed under this task order, as well be responsible for any implementation. You shall have awareness of all device and systems licenses. Notification of license expiration will be no later than 90 days prior to license expiration. Licenses will pertain to all aspects of the system.
